Agilidy LLC ("Agilidy," "we," "us," or "our") operates agilidy.com and the Brad AI revenue diagnostic tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to deliver value to you and to follow up if you want to go deeper. We do not sell your data.

Information you provide directly: When you interact with Brad (our AI diagnostic tool) and choose to receive your personalized report, we ask for your name, company name, and email address. This is the only required personal information to receive your diagnostic results.

Conversation data: The diagnostic conversation you have with Brad is used to generate your personalized revenue strategy report. Conversation content may be reviewed by Jason Wickman or the Agilidy team to improve the quality of our service.

Analytics data: We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool — to understand aggregate traffic patterns on our site. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal information. No data is sold to advertisers.

Automatically collected data: Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance purposes. This data is not linked to your identity.

• To notify Jason Wickman of new diagnostic leads so he can follow up if you want to go deeper
• To improve the Brad diagnostic experience over time

We do not use your data for automated profiling or algorithmic decision-making beyond the diagnostic report itself.

This site uses no tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is a single localStorage flag (cookie_dismissed) to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice — it contains no personal information and never leaves your browser.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure and email services necessary to deliver the diagnostic (e.g., Base44 platform). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• AI processing: Conversation transcripts are processed by AI language models to generate your report. No personally identifiable information beyond what you voluntarily share is included in AI prompts.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law.

Diagnostic results and contact information are retained for up to 2 years to enable follow-up and service improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jason@agilidy.com.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of follow-up communications at any time
