A PERSONAL NOTE
I work with a handful of clients and do my own research into businesses where I believe I can help. At Agilidy, I use AI to compress the work around research, preparation and communication while keeping the commercial judgment personal.
ElevenLabs is already part of that process. I wanted to show the work, explain the operating choices behind it, and share how I would apply that mindset to your broader revenue organization.

INSIDE AGILIDY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
I identify a relevant business change, research the account and decide whether I have a useful commercial hypothesis.
Jason owns selection and judgment.I build a short thesis and microsite around what I would do if I owned the outcome.
The thesis earns the conversation. My voice clone narrates a personal explanation with supporting visuals.
Used for personalized content.A personal founder note carries the POV through my Agilidy outreach process.
Apollo supports email outreach. My ElevenLabs AI assistant checks whether the POV arrived, handles voicemail and captures next-step intent.
Configured agent; outbound call records verified. The next iteration connects verified delivery, approved calls and dispositions back to CRM actions.
End-to-end integration still to validate.WHAT IS REAL TODAY
Jason Wickman Voice Clone is available in my ElevenLabs workspace. The narration on this page uses it.
This is content production, not a claim of improved conversion.
Jessica identifies herself as an AI assistant for Jason. Her prompt uses recipient name, title and company, handles gatekeepers and voicemail, and avoids inventing the POV’s details.
Completed outbound Twilio conversation records were verified. The small sample includes voicemail-related activity.
A completed call is not a qualified meeting or attributable revenue.
The email-to-call-to-CRM automation remains a validation priority. I would show delivery evidence, approvals, disposition accuracy and writeback before describing it as an unattended revenue system.
Examples of the personalized POV format: Heritage Werks and Good Trouble Bourbon.
THE OPERATING LESSON
Explain the purpose, check receipt, listen and capture next-step intent. Handle the telephone interaction without inventing a relationship or company-specific facts.
Choose the account, approve the hypothesis and outreach, resolve exceptions and own the commercial conversation. Verify follow-through before expanding automation.
Jessica has configured fields for call outcome, resend request and meeting acceptance. I would validate those fields against conversation evidence and connect them to explicit owner tasks. An accepted meeting still needs a confirmed appointment.
TWO ROLES. TWO LEVELS OF OWNERSHIP.
Own the organization-wide operating model: commercial planning, capacity, territories, quotas, compensation, forecasting, cross-functional definitions and the RevOps team.
My case: combine sales and technology leadership with a practical approach to AI transformation. Discuss specific evidence of planning, forecasting and team development alongside the product use shown here.
Own a functional operating loop for SDRs, AEs, Partnerships or Account Management: process design, automation, analytics, experiments and leadership recommendations.
My case: personally build and inspect the Agilidy research-to-outreach workflow. Start with a dedicated function, baseline the bottleneck and prove improvement through measurable experiments.
Show the account signal, POV, voice asset, email, approved call and accountable follow-up as one inspectable process, with failures and incomplete integrations visible.
Compare relevant account cohorts with and without personalized voice content or follow-up. Keep qualification criteria stable. Measure accepted next steps, cost and time rather than activity alone.
Build a funnel from eligible accounts to qualified conversations and confirmed meetings. Audit SQL joins and denominators; use the BI layer to recommend the next operating change.
My commercial and technical background supports this discussion. I would demonstrate current SQL and BI proficiency in a practical exercise; I am not claiming a Sigma credential or prior tenure on ElevenLabs’ stack.
IF I OWNED THE OUTCOME AT ELEVENLABS
My starting hypothesis: acquisition, activation, usage, expansion and retention should connect through a common account and economic model. The operating rules should preserve the differences between product-led, enterprise and partner motions.
Connect a named buying committee, evaluation success criteria, procurement path and contracted terms with the customer’s deployment and usage plan.
Decision measures:Evidence-based pipeline, commit accuracy, time to value, renewal risk and expansion.
Illustrative operating design to validate with ElevenLabs leadership, not a diagnosis of internal performance.
THE FULL LEADERSHIP MANDATE
| Responsibility | My proposed approach | Relevant experience / discussion |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial planning | Tie segment economics to coverage, ramp, productive capacity, quotas and investment. Stress-test base, upside and downside plans with Finance. | Microsoft field and partner sales experience; sales leadership at Alithya. |
| Forecast and execution | Separate contracted commitments, variable usage and expansion assumptions. Inspect evidence, stage aging and next customer decisions on a weekly cadence. | Enterprise selling and commercial leadership across CRM and process automation. |
| Systems and insight | Agree shared definitions, owners and reconciliation tests across Salesforce, product usage, billing and Finance. Build decision-ready reporting. | Technical beginnings as a developer and CRM practice leader. |
| AI transformation | Instrument research, preparation, voice content and follow-up. Give each agent a defined job, an approval boundary and an outcome to measure. | My ElevenLabs voice clone and configured Jessica outbound assistant, with completed call records. |
| Retention and expansion | Connect activation, adoption and usage to account ownership, renewal risk and expansion plays. Separate healthy usage growth from one-off spikes. | Marketing, sales and service perspective; proposed application to ElevenLabs. |
| Organization and performance | Define accountable owners and hire for the bottlenecks. Test quota and compensation rules against the behavior the business needs. | Founder and sales leadership experience; specific RevOps team and compensation examples to discuss. |
USAGE-BASED COMMERCIAL JUDGMENT
Model productive sellers by segment, ramp and expected throughput. Link headcount decisions to demand, conversion and realistic delivery capacity.
Separate recurring commitments, variable consumption and expansion. Agree treatment with Finance and inspect forecast error by motion and cohort.
Test compensation against bookings, activation and sustainable growth. Avoid incentives that reward a contract while leaving adoption or account ownership unclear.
MY FIRST 90 DAYS
Work with CEO, CFO and functional leaders. Map the customer lifecycle, reconcile revenue definitions, inspect forecast and capacity assumptions, and choose the highest-value operating gaps.
Deliverables:Baseline, ownership map, metric definitions and prioritized build plan.
Implement one measurable agent-assisted workflow. Establish forecast inspection by motion, test planning assumptions and reconcile the executive scorecard with Finance.
Deliverables:Working pilot, controlled comparisons, forecast cadence and exception queue.
Review measured outcomes and economics. Expand effective workflows, retire noise, refine territory and compensation rules, and define the people needed for the next stage.
Deliverables:Leadership scorecard, next-quarter plan and RevOps organization roadmap.
WHAT I WOULD MEASURE
Qualified pipeline per productive seller, conversion, velocity, accepted meetings, preparation time and cost per qualified conversation.
Activation, sustained usage, cohort retention, expansion, renewal risk and ownership of intervention.
Forecast error, reconciliation differences, disposition accuracy, exception rates, workflow cost and human review effort.
WHY ME
I bring 25+ years across marketing, sales and technology, including twelve years at Microsoft, CRM practice leadership, VP sales leadership at Alithya, and helping launch the US business for Process Analytics Factory, later acquired by Celonis.
I sold my CRM practice to Avtex and now build agentic revenue workflows through Agilidy and Orkastra. My technical beginnings help me connect strategy with systems, data and execution.
My deepest CRM experience is in Microsoft Dynamics. I would welcome a practical discussion of your Salesforce architecture, usage-based planning needs, compensation model and RevOps team requirements, supported by specific examples rather than assumed equivalence.
TWO WAYS TO START THE CONVERSATION
Join to build the commercial operating model, work across functions and develop the team for long-term execution.
Start with an agreed revenue operating mandate, prove results and establish the cadence. Help recruit and hand off to long-term ownership where appropriate.
Is there a good time next week to connect for a few minutes if this is of interest?
