Greenfield is creating a new GTM Operations function to own the marketing-to-sales taxonomy, lead scoring and routing, funnel stages, sales cadences, CRM process changes, commercial tooling and pipeline metrics. The role specifically requires D365 CE Sales, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft’s agentic AI capabilities.
At the same time, Greenfield has been recruiting for the technical and data layers needed to migrate Salesforce CRM to Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service and Marketing, alongside a broader Navision-to-D365 Finance & Operations transformation.
Make every campaign, sales play, lead, opportunity and order speak the same commercial language.
Design one governed taxonomy and funnel model across marketing and sales, then carry it into D365, Customer Insights, Power BI and finance. The goal is not cleaner fields. It is traceability from market investment to seller action to revenue.
Use Greenfield’s customer, product, order and market data to tell sellers where to spend the next hour.
Combine D365 relationship history with order patterns, product mix, geography, supply availability and external signals. Start with practical AI: identify whitespace, expansion opportunities, at-risk relationships and the next best commercial action, with governed data underneath.
Connect marketing, sales, customer service and operations so growth promises can be executed reliably.
Greenfield ships 35,000+ orders across 50+ countries. Commercial intelligence should incorporate the operational realities that differentiate the company: product availability, packaging, logistics, quality, service and customer requirements. D365 becomes the orchestration layer between demand and Greenfield’s ability to deliver.
The company reports 800M+ liters delivered annually to 50+ countries, 35,000+ orders per year, 96% customer retention and an NPS of 83. Recent leadership additions emphasize enterprise excellence, data, systems and long-term expansion, while the commercial organization is simultaneously building analytics, marketing and GTM operations capabilities.

A durable customer/account model across CRM, marketing, service and integrations.
Sales, Customer Service and customer-facing process orchestration.
Journeys, signals and governed AI-assisted seller/customer actions.
Pipeline, conversion, forecast and revenue visibility tied to financial outcomes.
Greenfield’s advantage is not merely knowing the customer. It is being able to reliably source, manufacture, test, package and deliver mission-critical materials. The CRM should expose the signals sellers need from that operating backbone without turning D365 into another ERP.
Map the Salesforce-to-D365 program, funnel economics, taxonomy, data ownership, seller workflows, reporting and the top commercial friction points.
Lock the revenue taxonomy and funnel definitions; remove 3–5 high-friction workflows; prototype one seller intelligence / next-best-action use case.
Launch the operating rhythm with a focused sales group. Measure adoption, pipeline quality, conversion, seller time returned and forecast confidence.
Expand what works, harden governance and release management, add specialist capacity only where required, and transition permanent ownership.
Jason Wickman brings 25+ years around CRM, marketing, sales and service technology, including 12 years at Microsoft and hands-on Dynamics leadership. The model is intentionally different from a large implementation team: Jason owns the business outcome, then adds D365, Power Platform, data and AI specialists only when the work requires them.
