Traditional delivery pyramid
Partner → project manager → functional consultants → developers → analysts → QA. More concurrent projects generally require more billable staff, onboarding and coordination.
Agilidy / Trinity Hunt Partners · Independent strategic POV
We're looking for two kinds of PE partnership
We're looking for a PE partner to back our AI-native Microsoft services business model and help scale senior-led delivery, agentic IP and operating leverage.
We're looking to serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner, applying the same business model to accelerate measurable commercial value creation in portfolio companies.

01 / The market proof point
Mercor's CEO reported this annualized revenue milestone in March 2025. Annualized gross revenue is not the same as subscription ARR, retained revenue or profit.
Review sourceMercor used AI to automate and scale how it identifies, evaluates and coordinates specialized human expertise. Its rapid growth demonstrates that software can reshape the operating model for expert services—not simply make existing processes marginally faster.
Agilidy's thesis applies that principle to the Microsoft ecosystem: replace the assumption that every additional engagement requires a proportional increase in consultants with a model of senior leaders and operators orchestrating AI agents and reusable IP.
This is a business-model analogy, not a claim that Mercor's economics or growth can be replicated.
02 / Why I started Agilidy
I left a VP of Sales role at a $400 million publicly traded company—not because the job was failing, but because I believed AI was about to transform the consulting industry I had spent 25+ years helping build.
From helping launch Microsoft CRM to building and scaling consulting practices, I knew the traditional economics: growth meant recruiting, certifying, deploying and managing more consultants.
I wanted to pioneer the next model, not watch it happen.
Agilidy is deliberately starting with experienced commercial operators, specialist partners, AI agents and intellectual property—not a large pyramid of billable headcount.
03 / The delivery economics
A side-by-side model of the time required to reach a measurable commercial pilot. The traditional model coordinates sequential specialist work; the AI-native model lets senior leaders direct parallel agents and reuse proven components.
Traditional people-intensive delivery
Sequential staffing and specialist handoffs
Agilidy hypothesis: senior operators + AI agents + IP
Senior oversight, agent-assisted execution, reusable playbooks
Time to first pilot
20 vs 9 weeks
Illustrative acceleration
2.2× faster
Where value compounds
Reusable IP + agent workflows
Scenario assumptions for discussion, not actual delivery benchmarks, customer results, forecasts or savings guarantees. Work phases are modeled sequentially for comparability; real engagements may overlap. Validate durations, labor cost, token spend, oversight, rework and quality against a scoped pilot before making financial claims.
03 / The time-to-value advantage
Traditional delivery capacity expands by staffing a project team. The proposed Agilidy model starts with experienced commercial and technical owners, deploys reusable patterns and assigns agents to bounded execution tasks—while retaining human quality and governance gates.
Scenario assumptions only, not benchmark data or a guaranteed timeline. Baseline estimates assume team mobilization, discovery, build and review cycles; AI-assisted estimates assume usable access, mature reusable components, bounded agent tasks and available senior reviewers. Validate through an actual pilot.
Partner → project manager → functional consultants → developers → analysts → QA. More concurrent projects generally require more billable staff, onboarding and coordination.
Senior commercial operator + Microsoft solution lead + specialist partners, supported by agents for research, documentation, data mapping, configuration assistance, testing and analytics; repeatable IP reduces rework.
Trinity Hunt / Research-led thesis
A unified commercial operating model creates visibility into customer whitespace, account expansion, sales productivity and service-led growth.
Each new operating company can map customers, commercial processes and reporting to a repeatable pattern without immediately replacing every underlying ERP.
Trinity Hunt formed Steadpoint around Northline in July 2026 and described a plan to professionalize go-to-market. This suggests a relevant potential use case, not proof of a CRM buying process.
Argano and other established platforms can remain important infrastructure and transformation partners. Agilidy proposes differentiated business-outcome ownership and agentic IP—not an unsupported claim that incumbents have failed.
Research hypotheses require discovery with Trinity Hunt and portfolio management. No relationship with Argano or any incumbent implementation partner is asserted.
04 / Two connected opportunities
Help Trinity Hunt execute commercial elements of its Value Creation Plans across Marketing, Sales, Service and Field Operations. Start with a focused portfolio-company pilot and scale repeatable playbooks.
Explore an investment or strategic growth partnership to scale Agilidy beyond a founder-led practice, with experienced operators, delivery partners, agent orchestration and reusable intellectual property.
05 / The RevOps operating system
Audience intelligence, demand generation, account signals, qualification and campaign-to-pipeline measurement.
Customer 360, account planning, cross-sell, next-best actions, seller productivity and forecasting.
Service history, dispatch intelligence, installed-base expansion, retention and service-to-sales motions.
Agent-assisted research, data mapping, configuration, documentation, testing and workflow execution—with accountable human oversight.
Senior humans retain responsibility for business decisions, architecture, security, quality and adoption. AI agents accelerate work where it is technically reliable and economically justified.
06 / Portfolio proof point
Trinity Hunt's formation of Steadpoint around Northline Industrial and its stated ambition to professionalize go-to-market suggest a relevant commercial value-creation use case. Agilidy would explore unifying customer intelligence, account planning, cross-sell and service-to-sales opportunities across operating units and future acquisitions.
Baseline commercial systems, customer data, processes and opportunity map.
Pilot account intelligence, seller workflows and agent-assisted execution.
Measure adoption, pipeline and productivity; decide whether to replicate across holdings.
Illustrative proposal only. No Steadpoint CRM deficiencies, current vendors, implementation decisions or pilot commitments are asserted.
The sponsor's investment thesis
Steadpoint was formed around Michigan-based Northline Industrial. Trinity Hunt's announced commercial priorities include professionalizing go-to-market while scaling organically and through acquisitions. That creates a credible opportunity for account intelligence and a common commercial operating model—not proof of a CRM replacement requirement.
Research notes: Northline's five operating units, industrial MRO services and existing customer portal require discovery before architecture recommendations.
Commercial architecture concept
Demonstration data, not Steadpoint customer information.
07 / The investment economics to prove
Higher throughput per senior operator
Measure agent costs, QA and subcontractors
Repeatable solutions and recurring services
Operating leverage proven with actual unit economics
These are investment hypotheses to validate, not Agilidy historical financial results or guaranteed improvements. The objective is to create defensible delivery IP, lower marginal delivery costs and stronger EBITDA potential.
Revenue linked to billable consultant capacity
Hiring and certification before delivery scales
Project-by-project implementation effort
High coordination and bench utilization exposure
Senior operators own outcomes and governance
Agents accelerate repeatable delivery tasks
Reusable IP compounds across portfolio deployments
Higher potential revenue per FTE and EBITDA leverage
Complementary to enterprise integrators such as Argano: Agilidy can own targeted business outcomes and agent-enabled delivery while larger partners remain relevant for major platform implementation and managed services. No existing Trinity Hunt vendor assignment is assumed.
The question for Trinity Hunt is whether an AI-native, operator-led Microsoft partner can become both a value-creation resource for portfolio companies and a compelling business to help build.
Independent research-based point of view, prepared for discussion. No Trinity Hunt or Steadpoint endorsement, investment commitment or commercial relationship is implied.
