A specific buyer problem
Choose one workflow where finding and validating institutional knowledge takes valuable time. Identify the business owner and the consequence of getting the answer wrong.

A PERSONAL NOTE
Keir, Jason, Penny and Valerie, I applied for your fractional strategic alliances role and wanted to share the thinking behind my interest. I work with a handful of clients and do my own research into businesses where I believe I can make a difference.
Your combination of institutional knowledge expertise and enterprise software caught my attention. My hypothesis is that a focused customer outcome, supported by attractive partner services economics, could turn AuthorityAI into a repeatable channel offering.

IF I OWNED THE OUTCOME
A partner meeting is only the beginning. A repeatable channel needs a buyer with a defined problem, a product the partner can confidently explain, services it can profitably deliver, and a commercial path both organizations can execute.
Choose one workflow where finding and validating institutional knowledge takes valuable time. Identify the business owner and the consequence of getting the answer wrong.
Package assessment, content preparation, integration, adoption and ongoing improvement. Agree responsibilities so Heritage Werks and the partner complement each other.
Agree the question set, authorized sources, baseline and acceptance criteria before the pilot. Document the results and the decision to expand.
THE FIRST PARTNER OFFER
AuthorityScore evaluates knowledge readiness, including context, metadata, authority, provenance and governance. That could provide a useful entry point for an assessment-led engagement. The packaging below is my proposal, not an existing Heritage Werks offer.
Inventory approved content, identify gaps and select a workflow with a sponsor. Output: a scoped opportunity, preparation plan and success criteria.
Curate authoritative sources, resolve conflicts, preserve access rules and validate integration requirements. Output: an agreed knowledge set ready for testing.
Run the workflow against a representative test set and current process. Output: measured evidence, an expansion decision and a commercial proposal.
TWO STARTING HYPOTHESES
Help sellers find approved proof points, historical answers and relevant case material. Potential sponsors: sales leadership and proposal operations.
Measure: time to a usable answer, citation validity, factual quality and review effort.
Help teams locate and use authoritative brand history and approved content. Potential sponsors: marketing, brand and communications leadership.
Measure: search and validation time, appropriate content reuse and reviewer acceptance.
Proposed scenarios. These are not claims about existing AuthorityAI deployments or live integrations.
THE MICROSOFT OPPORTUNITY
Microsoft already provides knowledge sources, citations and permission-aware access in Copilot Studio. The partner story must demonstrate what AuthorityAI adds for a defined workflow: better prepared institutional content, contextual relationships or demonstrable improvements in answer quality. Claims alone will not establish that difference.
Review hosting, APIs, identity, source access, security documentation and a representative benchmark with NetX's technical team. Establish where a Microsoft integration is feasible.
Prioritize Microsoft data and AI partners, content and knowledge specialists, and industry practices with relevant accounts. Begin with relationships I can credibly activate.
Check Marketplace status and current co-sell requirements. Agree partner economics, account ownership and pursuit responsibilities before requesting field support.
Azure hosting, Copilot integration, Marketplace availability and co-sell eligibility have not been verified. No Microsoft endorsement or field access is implied.
PARTNER SELECTION
I would prioritize partners with relevant customers, a practice leader willing to sponsor the offer, delivery capacity and a clear economic reason to participate. Large consultancies can offer reach; specialist partners may provide a faster first proof. The initial mix should follow actual relationships and customer demand.
| Partner practice | Reason to test | First qualification question |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft data and AI | Knowledge preparation alongside AI adoption | Which customer has a defined knowledge workflow and sponsor? |
| Content and digital asset management | Existing content estates and governance work | Where does content discovery or validation constrain the business? |
| Industry consulting | Workflow expertise and executive relationships | What paid pilot could create a measurable business decision? |
THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Validate product and commercial readiness. Select the first offer, define partner economics and map the relationships I can activate.
Output: a partner proposition and prioritized pursuit list.Personally open relevant conversations, involve your team in discovery and demonstrations, and identify customer sponsors and named opportunities.
Output: qualified meetings and scoped pilot candidates.Advance proposals, support evaluation and procurement, record the evidence and document a repeatable partner playbook.
Output: measurable pipeline and decisions on which partnerships to expand.Your posting targets approximately 10 qualified meetings, at least three pilot or commercial proposals and a goal of one or two wins. I would use these as engagement objectives, with deal timing and product readiness established together.
THE COMMERCIAL DISCIPLINE
Every opportunity should record the partner, named customer, sponsor, workflow, estimated software and services value, stage evidence, owner and next decision. Separate partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities and avoid double counting.
For each pilot, agree software cost, preparation effort, delivery ownership, acceptance criteria and the path to production. Evaluate contribution after delivery effort and partner economics. A meeting count is useful; an accountable customer pursuit is more useful.
WHY JASON / AGILIDY
I bring 25+ years in marketing, sales and technology leadership, including Microsoft and its partner ecosystem, CRM practice leadership and experience commercializing enterprise technology. My technical background helps me translate the offering into a customer outcome and a partner services opportunity.
My model is hands-on fractional leadership: get in, own the outcome, deliver results and establish a repeatable operating rhythm. If permanent channel ownership becomes the right next step, I can help define the role and hand off the working playbook.
WHAT I WOULD VALIDATE WITH YOU
This is my starting hypothesis for what we could do together. Is there a good time next week to connect for a few minutes if this is of interest?
