Cross-business-line opportunity discovery
Surface where Energy, I&I and Lifting could sell into the same account.
High priorityA PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW FOR ENERMECH · AMERICAS COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP
EnerMech serves every major energy customer through three business lines — but most accounts buy from only one. A unified CRM and AI layer could surface cross-business opportunities, coordinate account plans, and prove the commercial lift in 90 days. Built for the Americas commercial team, not IT.
One customer. One account record. One coordinated commercial motion.
01 / THE COMMERCIAL THESIS
EnerMech's three global business lines — Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions — each hold deep relationships with energy and industrial customers. But most accounts buy from only one line, because the other two lines' relationships, asset history and opportunity signals live in separate systems that sellers do not see.
The opportunity is not replacing EnerMech Live or any existing system. It is adding a revenue intelligence layer — Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse and Copilot Studio — that unifies the account view across all three lines, scores cross-business propensity, and gives sellers a coordinated, AI-assisted list of accounts to act on this week.
One customer. One account record. Three business lines coordinated — not competing.
02 / WHAT WE KNOW VS. WHAT WE WOULD TEST
Every claim in this proposal is labeled. We separate what is verifiable from what we would validate during the pilot.
EnerMech operates through three global business lines — Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions, and Lifting Solutions — serving oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical and alternative energy markets across 50+ countries, with full asset life-cycle support from FEED to decommissioning.
EnerMech is investing in Americas expansion — a multi-year program spanning the Gulf of Mexico, CARICOM, Guyana (new Georgetown facility), Suriname and Trinidad, aligned to the LNG export capacity boom. The company is scaling its Houston LNG technical hub and expanding in Houston and Sulphur. EnerMech is actively hiring a Director, Global Sales Force Effectiveness to build and embed a global sales operating system.
Nuno de Sousa serves as SVP Energy Solutions, Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions & Western Hemisphere (Houston). Vasant Saith is SVP Infrastructure & Industrial Solutions (Houston), bringing 22+ years in LNG and natural gas leadership. David Gutierrez leads Americas business development as VP, Geographies — Americas (Houston). EnerMech Live and EVAMP are the company's digital asset management platforms.
Most EnerMech accounts buy from only one business line. A unified CRM and AI layer could surface cross-business whitespace, coordinate account plans across Energy, I&I and Lifting, and deliver measurable cross-line revenue lift in weeks — not the quarters a system migration would require.
The global sales effectiveness director hire signals appetite for a coordinated sales operating system. A fractional commercial leadership engagement could stand up the D365 + Dataverse + Copilot Studio foundation, prove the cross-line motion, and hand off a documented operating model aligned with that mandate.
Integrating EnerMech Live asset condition data into the CRM seller workflow would let account managers see lifecycle opportunities — service due, recertification windows, upgrade timing — alongside pipeline, making every seller conversation more timely and commercial.
Verified facts are based on public information from EnerMech's website, press releases and public leadership profiles. Working hypotheses would be validated during discovery and the 30-60-90 pilot. No confidential EnerMech data is referenced in this proposal. David Gutierrez's exact current title should be confirmed directly with EnerMech.
03 / 15 CROSS-BUSINESS CRM USE CASES, PRIORITIZED
A prioritized CRM and AI use-case library for integrated energy services — each one configured to EnerMech's three business lines, asset life-cycle and Americas commercial motion. Priority reflects estimated value, feasibility and time-to-impact.

FoundationalPriority assignments are Agilidy's proposed starting point based on integrated energy services patterns. Actual priority would be validated against EnerMech's commercial data, account structure and sales process during discovery.
04 / THE ARCHITECTURE
Three layers. The asset data layer runs the business. The CRM and data layer unifies the customer view across all three business lines. The AI layer makes sellers faster and smarter. No rip-and-replace.
Conversational AI for sales across all three business lines.
Unified CRM and customer data platform across business lines.
Stays in place. Integrated, not replaced.
Architecture is a proposed pattern. EnerMech Live integration depth, Dataverse schema and Copilot Studio scope are defined during discovery. No EnerMech system architecture is assumed or referenced.
05 / A HYPOTHETICAL INTERACTIVE EXAMPLE
Adjust the sliders to see how cross-business account intelligence could prioritize the Americas portfolio for cross-line expansion, asset lifecycle aftermarket or contract renewal. This is a hypothetical illustration — not an EnerMech forecast.
AI scores which single-line accounts have the highest propensity to buy from a second or third business line.
Hypothetical illustration. Single-line rate × AI uplift % × average deal size. Uplift percentages (cross-line 15%, lifecycle 18%, renewal 10%) are illustrative assumptions, not EnerMech-specific or industry-benchmarked. Actual results depend on account data quality, EnerMech Live integration depth and sales execution.
EXAMPLE / ASSET 360 + COPILOT SALES AGENT
Elena is a senior account manager at EnerMech. Her Teams Copilot agent watches her accounts across all three business lines 24/7 — surfacing cross-line opportunities, drafting coordinated outreach, and tracking follow-through so nothing slips between Energy, I&I and Lifting. See the full Asset 360 experience for a hypothetical integrated LNG operator: $14.2M revenue, 38% share of wallet, $22.8M whitespace, cross-line opportunity propensity, asset lifecycle stages, a coordinated 30-60-90 account plan, and the Copilot agent in action.

The Copilot agent watches account signals across all three business lines 24/7 — alerting Elena to cross-line opportunities, drafting coordinated outreach, and tracking follow-through so nothing slips between business lines.
This mockup illustrates the kind of cross-business account intelligence and AI-agent experience a D365 + Dataverse + Copilot Studio layer could deliver on top of EnerMech's existing systems. Account name, revenue, share-of-wallet, whitespace, propensity scores, asset lifecycle stages, Copilot alerts, drafted emails and accountability tasks are entirely hypothetical. No real customer or EnerMech data is used or implied.
06 / THE 30-60-90 FRACTIONAL COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP PLAN
Deliverables: commercial baseline + prioritized cross-line use-case backlog + D365/Dataverse foundation + EnerMech Live integration plan. Gate: agree the pilot scope and success measures.
Cross-line pipeline · Accounts with 2+ business lines active · Cross-line attach rate · EnerMech Live asset coverage · Copilot assistant usage · Coordinated account plans executed · Pipeline movement vs. baseline
Proposed delivery scope. Revenue targets are agreed after baseline discovery. Pilot results are reported as verified outcomes, separate from projected impact.07 / WHY JASON
I'm Jason Wickman, founder of Agilidy. I bring 25+ years at the intersection of customer strategy, revenue and Microsoft technology, including 12 years at Microsoft and experience building a CRM business that was acquired.
I have built a Microsoft account intelligence platform to support account research, cross-sell discovery and targeted engagement. For EnerMech, I would apply that asset to the Americas account base, configure the 15-use-case library across all three business lines, and personally lead the pilot alongside the commercial team — not the IT team.
I work with a handful of clients, personally leading the work. The engagement can expand or transition to a permanent hire with a documented handoff — aligned with EnerMech's global sales effectiveness mandate.
More about Jason08 / THE PROPOSED FRACTIONAL ENGAGEMENT
An initial 90-day pilot to stand up the D365 + Dataverse + Copilot Studio foundation on EnerMech's existing systems, deliver the first five coordinated cross-line use cases, and prove commercial impact against a measured baseline — led for the Americas commercial team, not IT.
Commercial terms and capacity agreed after discovery. Fractional or contract-to-hire structure available by mutual agreement. This is a draft proposal; no engagement has been agreed.
CRM + AI strategy, cross-line use-case prioritization, D365/Dataverse/Copilot Studio configuration, EnerMech Live integration design, unified account intelligence, coordinated account planning, pilot delivery, executive reporting and handoff.
Nuno, Vasant and David own their commercial teams and account relationships; IT owns EnerMech Live and infrastructure; operations owns delivery. Microsoft partner and specialist resources are scoped where needed.
