Jason Wickman · Agilidy · Fractional GTM leadership

Build Owner’s
Scale Engine.

I can help Owner accelerate sales of the products you have today, equip your teams to win more customers, and develop growth opportunities across your existing customer base.

BUILD → PROVE → DEVELOP → HAND OFF

A proposed three-month engagement through Agilidy. I would work with your revenue leaders to build, run and transfer a repeatable sales system, while exploring a separate ViboraPulse partnership opportunity.

One immediate mandate. One additional growth opportunity.

First, accelerate the business Owner has today. Then explore how ViboraPulse could extend that value into physical demand and mobile advertising.

The Scale Engine stands on its own. Partnership discovery is a separate workstream.

The opportunity I see

Turn today’s capabilities into more customer growth.

My starting point is Owner’s existing portfolio: websites and SEO, online ordering, marketing, loyalty and the broader operating tools your team already sells. I would connect targeting, value messaging, seller execution and customer adoption into one Scale Engine. The goal: acquire more restaurants and help existing customers get more value from Owner.

01 / ACQUIRE

Make the value simple.

Help sellers uncover the restaurant’s growth problem, quantify it and connect the right Owner capabilities to a clear outcome.

02 / ACTIVATE

Carry the promise forward.

Give onboarding teams the customer’s priorities, success measures and commitments so the first experience reflects the sale.

03 / EXPAND

Reinforce what works.

Identify relevant adoption and expansion opportunities, equip account teams with outcome-based conversations, and feed customer evidence back into acquisition.

Proposed approach informed by Owner’s role and CRO commentary. Internal performance gaps would be validated through discovery.

Why I can contribute immediately

A builder with the commercial experience to make it useful.

I’m passionate about bringing enterprise-capable technology to SMBs.

My 25+ years span technology, sales, Microsoft sales leadership, entrepreneurship and leading sales at Alithya. I grew and sold my CRM business. I understand both building a solution and helping a team communicate why it matters.

As a Challenger Seller coach, I bring a disciplined approach to discovery, customer insight and value communication. For Owner, I would adapt that discipline to fast, practical conversations with local business owners.

What I would build with your team

The Scale Engine: insight to pipeline to revenue.

01Find the fitPrioritize restaurant segments and triggers against Owner’s current strengths.
02Create demandBuild relevant outreach, business-value stories and repeatable campaigns.
03Convert consistentlySharpen discovery, demonstrations, coaching and pipeline discipline.
04Grow the accountConnect onboarding, adoption and expansion signals to the next action.

Sales execution that fits SMB

Concise discovery and pain quantification. Demonstrations built around the owner’s priorities. Clear next steps and handoffs.

AI that reduces upkeep

Apply AI to account research, relevant outreach, seller practice and approved product guidance. Build workflows that save time and improve the next customer conversation.

Managers who multiply impact

A shared coaching rubric, calibration sessions and a practical weekly rhythm managers can sustain.

An illustrative enablement asset

Start with the restaurant’s economics.

Build a short discovery guide and role-play around a real customer problem. Make it easy for a seller to explain value and for a manager to coach the conversation.

Example only. Customer facts, product claims and financial assumptions would be validated before use.

DISCOVERY → VALUE → HANDOFF
“Where are you losing the most growth today: getting found, converting interest, or bringing guests back?”

Quantify: Establish the current baseline and the owner’s priority.

Demonstrate: Show only the relevant, verified Owner workflow.

Agree: Capture the outcome, launch requirements and next step.

Coach: Score discovery quality, clarity and customer commitment.

An additional growth opportunity · Proposed partnership

Connect Owner’s digital storefront to real-world demand.

ViboraPulse could extend Owner into geofenced mobile advertising, informed by predictive and real-time foot-traffic signals.

Owner helps restaurants get discovered, convert orders and bring customers back. The partnership I would explore adds a complementary capability: identify nearby demand, decide when to act, and deliver a relevant mobile ad that leads to a physical visit or an Owner-powered ordering page.

SENSE

Find the opportunity.

Use predicted patterns and available live foot-traffic signals to identify relevant locations, time windows and changes in local activity.

ACTIVATE

Turn insight into action.

Translate those signals into campaign timing, geofenced audiences and venue-specific creative, with mobile ad delivery through the advertising platform.

CONVERT + LEARN

Close the revenue loop.

Direct interest to a venue or Owner ordering page. Connect campaign spend with measurable orders, redemptions and available visit attribution.

The ViboraPulse moat we would bring: The combined intelligence-to-action workflow: interpreting local demand, selecting the opportunity, creating the offer, activating the campaign and learning from results. Our differentiation is how those pieces work together for a venue operator; we would demonstrate the proprietary components and supporting evidence in product diligence.

A commercial opportunity for Owner

  • Existing customers: Explore an optional paid demand-generation service and shared revenue model.
  • New customers: Introduce ViboraPulse venues that need Owner’s website and ordering capabilities.
  • Customer value: Test whether incremental visits and direct orders increase adoption and retention.

A focused pilot before expansion

Select a small restaurant cohort, establish a baseline and comparison approach, agree campaign budgets, and connect ordering or redemption measurement.

Evaluate incremental orders, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and delivery margin before deciding whether to expand.

Exploratory proposal; no Owner partnership or integration is currently asserted. Live-signal coverage, activation latency and attribution would be validated. Relative foot-traffic signals do not identify the same individuals reached by ads. No ROAS uplift is promised.

The initial engagement

A 90-day build for revenue acceleration.

Three phases, with agreed outputs and a review at each milestone. The baseline and pilot scope determine realistic performance targets.

DIAGNOSE + BUILD

Establish the first working system.

Review the current funnel, listen to calls, map target segments and customer adoption, and select one acquisition or expansion motion to improve first.

Concrete outputs
  • Funnel baseline, target segments and prioritized revenue opportunities.
  • Sales playbook v1: targeting, outreach, discovery and manager coaching.
  • One campaign for the current portfolio and an AI-assisted execution prototype.
  • Agreed sales pilot measures; a separate ViboraPulse partnership discovery brief.
Accountability

Measure changed behavior and business impact.

Agree definitions and baselines with the CRO and RevOps. Track the full funnel and customer adoption. Use cohort comparisons where practical to assess what the Scale Engine contributes.

A conversation for Matt and the Owner team

Let’s build Owner’s next stage of growth.

I’d welcome a conversation about leading the Scale Engine fractionally through Agilidy, and exploring where ViboraPulse could create additional value for Owner and your customers.

I would work hands-on with your revenue team to accelerate the existing business. In parallel, I can bring the ViboraPulse team into a focused discussion about demand intelligence, geofenced advertising and a measurable commercial pilot.

Proposed structure: An initial three-month engagement, weekly CRO alignment, hands-on build and coaching, and milestone reviews. Scope, time allocation and commercial terms would be agreed together.

Owner would provide an executive sponsor, appropriate access, manager participation and product/RevOps counterparts. Internal teams retain day-to-day coverage; we would agree a sustainable split of responsibilities.
