A PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW FOR CLEAN TEAM · CLIENT GROWTH & ACQUISITION INTEGRATION

Every customer relationship should become
more valuable as Clean Team grows.

Clean Team has built a 30-year commercial cleaning platform — 18 branches, 13 states, 13 acquisitions integrated. With Blue Sage Capital as a growth partner, the next chapter is making every existing client relationship more valuable: deeper account management, smarter new-customer acquisition, and faster acquired-customer integration. A unified CRM and AI layer could surface the growth already inside the book. Built for the commercial team, not IT.

01 / THE GROWTH THESIS

The biggest untapped
growth is inside
the existing book.

Clean Team's investment thesis is clear: continued organic expansion and a disciplined acquisition strategy. Both depend on the same thing — making every customer relationship more valuable as the company grows.

That means three things working together: exceptional account management that grows share of wallet inside existing clients; new-customer acquisition that targets the highest-probability facilities first; and rapid integration of acquired customer relationships so they become more valuable, not more fragile.

The enabler is a revenue intelligence layer — Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights and Copilot Studio — that unifies the client view across all 18 branches, scores expansion propensity facility-by-facility, and gives account managers a prioritized list of growth actions every week. CRM and AI are the enablers, not the pitch.

The principle

Every existing client is a growth account. Every acquired relationship should become more valuable on day one.

02 / WHAT WE KNOW VS. WHAT WE WOULD TEST

Verified facts and working hypotheses.

Every claim in this proposal is labeled. We separate what is verifiable from what we would validate during the pilot. No Clean Team CRM problem is assumed.

Verified fact

Clean Team, LLC is a provider of commercial janitorial and facilities-cleaning services headquartered in Toledo, Ohio. Founder and CEO Bob Armbruster has built the company over 30 years.

Verified fact

Blue Sage Capital announced its investment in Clean Team on September 30, 2026. The investment provides growth capital and an institutional partner to support the Company's continued organic expansion and disciplined acquisition strategy. Bob Armbruster continues to lead and retains majority ownership.

Verified fact

Clean Team operates 18 branches across 13 states and has integrated 13 add-on acquisitions to date. Blue Sage has over $1.2 billion in assets under management and typically invests $25–60 million in companies with $25–200 million of revenue.

Working hypothesis

A unified CRM and AI layer — Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights and Copilot Studio — could help every existing client relationship become more valuable by surfacing unserved facilities, scoring expansion propensity, and coordinating account plans across 18 branches. This would be validated during discovery.

Working hypothesis

Facility-level propensity targeting could focus business development on the highest-probability new accounts — by location, facility type and adjacency to existing branches — rather than territory-level pursuit. This is a proposed approach, not a claim about Clean Team's current process.

Working hypothesis

A repeatable acquired-customer integration playbook could shorten the time from acquisition close to cross-sell visibility, preserving customer continuity while surfacing expansion opportunities across the combined book. This would be tested against one integration sprint during the pilot.

Verified facts are based on public information from the Blue Sage Capital investment announcement and Clean Team's public presence. Working hypotheses would be validated during discovery and the 90-day pilot. No Clean Team confidential data is referenced. No CRM deficiency is assumed or implied.

03 / THREE GROWTH PILLARS

Three ways every relationship
becomes more valuable.

Each pillar is a business outcome — not a technology feature. CRM and AI serve the outcome; they are not the outcome.

01

Exceptional account management

Customer 360 + expansion propensity

Every existing client becomes a growth account. A unified Customer 360 view shows which facilities within each client are unserved, which service lines could expand, and which contracts are approaching renewal — scored by propensity to grow share of wallet.

  • Customer 360 across every facility and service line
  • AI-scored expansion propensity per client account
  • Renewal windows and competitor signals surfaced before they expire
  • One account plan per client — not per branch
02

New customer acquisition

Prioritized facility-level targeting

Growth capital should go where it wins. A propensity model ranks the facilities and accounts most likely to convert — by location, facility type, current-provider signals and adjacency to existing branches — so business development works the highest-probability targets first.

  • Facility-level targeting, not territory-level guessing
  • White-space mapping against 18 branches across 13 states
  • Competitor SLA-miss and contract-expiry signals
  • Branch-aligned pursuit lists, refreshed weekly
03

Rapid acquired-customer integration

Continuity + cross-sell

Thirteen acquisitions integrated to date — and the next one should be faster. A repeatable integration playbook preserves customer continuity from day one while surfacing cross-sell opportunities across the combined book, so acquired relationships become more valuable, not more fragile.

  • Customer continuity preserved through transition
  • Acquired book mapped to Clean Team service standards in weeks
  • Cross-sell whitespace surfaced across combined portfolio
  • Repeatable integration playbook for the next add-on

04 / THE CLIENT PROPENSITY DASHBOARD

Which clients are ready
to grow share of wallet?

A propensity model ranks every client account by likelihood to expand — showing unserved facilities, estimated expansion opportunity and the recommended next action for each. This is the centerpiece of exceptional account management: growth intelligence, not just relationship tracking.

05 / THE 90-DAY OPERATOR-LED ENGAGEMENT

Thirty days to foundation.
Ninety days to proof.

An operator-led engagement — personally led, business-first, hands-on. CRM and AI are configured to serve the growth thesis, not the other way around.

Assess. Align the commercial baseline.

Deliverables: commercial baseline + prioritized growth-use-case backlog + D365 foundation + acquisition integration playbook draft. Gate: agree the pilot scope and success measures.

  • Personally assess Clean Team's commercial data, account structure, branch coverage and acquisition integration approach; agree the baseline with Bob and the leadership team.
  • Map the active client portfolio facility-by-facility; identify unserved facilities, renewal windows and cross-sell whitespace within existing accounts.
  • Stand up the Dynamics 365 Sales + Customer Insights foundation on Clean Team's existing systems — read-only first, then bidirectional where it creates value.
  • Configure the client propensity model and the facility-level targeting view for the highest-priority branches.

06 / WHY JASON

Personally led.
Business first.
Hands-on execution.

I'm Jason Wickman, founder of Agilidy. I bring 25+ years at the intersection of customer strategy, revenue and Microsoft technology, including 12 years at Microsoft and experience building a CRM business that was acquired.

I have built a Microsoft account intelligence platform to support account research, cross-sell discovery and targeted engagement. For Clean Team, I would apply that asset to the client portfolio, configure the propensity model and growth-use-case library across all 18 branches, and personally lead the pilot alongside the commercial team — not the IT team.

I work with a handful of clients, personally leading the work. The engagement can expand or transition to a permanent hire with a documented handoff — aligned with Clean Team's organic growth and acquisition strategy.

07 / THE PROPOSED ENGAGEMENT

Operator-Led CRM + AI
for Client Growth

An initial 90-day pilot to stand up the Dynamics 365 + Customer Insights + Copilot Studio foundation on Clean Team's existing systems, deliver the first five growth use cases, and prove commercial impact against a measured baseline — led for the commercial team, not IT.

Commercial terms and capacity agreed after discovery. Fractional or contract-to-hire structure available by mutual agreement. This is a draft proposal; no engagement has been agreed.

What I would own

CRM + AI strategy, propensity model design, D365 / Customer Insights / Copilot Studio configuration, facility-level targeting, Customer 360, acquisition integration playbook, pilot delivery, executive reporting and handoff.

What we would coordinate

Bob and the leadership team own commercial direction and branch operations; IT owns infrastructure and existing systems; branch directors own account relationships. Microsoft partner and specialist resources are scoped where needed.
