What happens in the free workshop?
We focus on one opportunity, map the workflow and required data, and define a practical pilot and its success measures. A small demonstration may be possible depending on access and complexity. Workshop timing is agreed with Jason.
Do we need Dynamics 365?
The campaign is for the Microsoft business applications community, but the right approach depends on your existing tools. We’ll discuss Dynamics, Microsoft 365, and any other systems involved.
Is $25,000 the monthly price?
No. It is the total engagement fee for three months of fractional AI leadership over an agreed scope and roadmap. It is not a full-time staffing arrangement.
