Hi, I’m Jason Wickman, founder of Agilidy. Merit’s GTM Engineer posting caught my attention because it describes the intersection where I work: commercial strategy, CRM, and hands-on AI building. I can help own that work fractionally, and help create vertical-specific agentic IP designed to strengthen Microsoft co-selling opportunities. Your three questions offer a good way to introduce myself. The newest skill I’ve been learning for fun is songwriting. I’ve played for years, but writing my own songs was a new creative challenge. I turned that interest into original work and published an entire album. Four of those songs are now being reviewed in Nashville. They’re under review, not placements or a record deal. For me, the accomplishment is following an idea through to something other people can experience. The AI and GTM workflow I’m most proud of is Orkastra. With Orkastra D three sixty-five, the central idea is to connect account evidence to a Microsoft-relevant sales play, a buyer-facing value story, and a reviewed next action. Research becomes something a seller can use. The product work includes account and seller coverage, evidence-backed research, proposed opportunities, and human-controlled execution. Orkastra dot AI carries the broader orchestration approach: define the target, gather relevant evidence, develop the account plan, and connect that plan to action. Orkastra Grow applies revenue orchestration in a Google-oriented ecosystem. It shows how reusable patterns can adapt to a different commercial context. Orkastra R X brings the approach into specialty pharma. Account and physician intelligence informs launch prioritization, account planning, and field activity. That is the kind of vertical-specific reasoning I’m interested in building. Vibe three sixty-five addresses another part of the equation: governed CRM management, with proposed changes moving through review, approval, validation, and audit. For Merit, I see three contributions. First, own a focused sourcing workflow, from target criteria and research through relationship tracking and progression to diligence. Second, help portfolio teams put practical GTM workflows into daily use. Third, work with a portfolio company to turn a valuable industry problem into repeatable agentic IP. Microsoft is central to that third opportunity. I would connect the vertical product, the architecture, the offer, and the seller story. We would validate the relevant Marketplace and co-sell requirements, then build a clear demonstration and a focused joint pursuit. Building an integration is only one step. The goal is a product that solves a customer problem and gives a Microsoft seller a specific reason to engage. I’m interested in a fractional or contractor-to-hire arrangement, and I’m open to full-time employment. Before deciding on structure, I would want to discuss Agilidy, the products and IP I’m building, and how we could work together with clear ownership and expectations. I’d welcome a conversation about the immediate GTM mandate and the longer-term opportunity we could build together.
